About Me

Hi, I’m Jenna Hollingwood, a former pothead who smoked daily for 10 years and believe me, I can attest to how difficult it is to actually stop smoking weed.  I remember how many times I tried to quit, my attempts being mostly unsuccessful.

The motivation finally came from  my children.  I spend most of my time in denial that my kids did not actually know that I smoked marijuana. The truth is they knew. And I just didn’t want to face that fact and the effect it was having on them.

I simply chose not to do anything. I allowed the weed to have extreme control over me and it has led me to almost quit on my children. It became some sort of a retreat from all my responsibilities as a mother.  The wake up call came one day whilst I was feeling stressed at how I was going to pay the bills that I had for that month, when one of my kids (9 years old at time) went up to my bedroom and brought downstairs the little box in which I had kept all my smoking paraphernalia, and said “here mummy, have this so you can feel relaxed and happy again”

OMG! My kids knew that when mummy was puffing away, she was happier!

It really woke me up – what kind of message was I sending to my kids. Will they grow up thinking smoking weed is the way to happiness?!!??

The thing is once I found my “why” that was really all the motivation I needed to get through to the other end and become a happier person without the weed!

Let me share my journey with you through this blog. It is my hope to touch the hearts of people who are curious and those who are already hooked, that they may come to realize how much their lives can change in a single moment as  you find your own  strong enough  reason “why” you want to finally quit smoking.  Once you have that, it will be the only motivation you will need to keep going until you finally quit and be free from pot!

Take a look at the programs offered on this blog, choose one and just start.

YOU can do it.
